To create this script, copy this template into your Latenode account to customize it if needed. You'll also need a registered Airtable account to make a table. The script comprises six nodes and doesn't require API keys, coding, or other technical skills. Here are the detailed steps for implementing each node:

  1. Create an Airtable base. Inside you will find a link to a table created by Latenode for this scenario. It shows customer information: name, date, email, company, stars, review text, classification, and score. You will not be able to copy this table; create your own. This is a new table based on this sample:
  1. Go back to the workflow. Grant all Airtable nodes access to your Airtable account. You also need to attach your table with them so the scenario can interact with your customer reviews. Click on the node, pick the Connection section, select New Authorization, choose Airtable as a service, and then your account.
  1. Go to the first Airtable node. Locate the Max Records section and set the maximum number of rows you want to process at a time. For instance, if you specify 1, the script will handle only one customer review once, and if you specify 5, it will handle five reviews. Here's what the settings should look like for this node:
  1. Customize the remaining AT integrations. The last two nodes are stacked vertically in the scenario as they connect to the same node – the Distilbert model.   1. Press the purple button to run the scenario. You will find it in the lower left corner of the interface. If the algorithm works correctly, green tags will appear over the nodes.

When you start the workflow, the first Airtable integration pulls the list of customer reviews and details from the database. This can be any Airtable database where you store your information, not just the one this template uses. Next, the information goes through the iteration node to Distill bert, which analyzes the text and produces a probability score

Based on this score, the data is routed to one of the two following Airtable nodes. If the score is 0.99, a signal is sent to the upper Airtable integration to classify it as positive in the table. If the result is the opposite, a similar signal is sent to the lower node so it classifies it as negative. In addition, these nodes post the score in the table. Here is how it should look:
